Excellent location. Only two stops to the City Center. Very helpful staff. The only issue is the parking- I am sure they keep receiving complaints about it but unfortunately they can not do anything about it. There are not enough parking spaces, doesn’t matter how many complaints will receive they are not able to change that. Close by, only 5 minutes by walk there is a garage for 25€/night. Besides this, excellent hotel for the price.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent, right next to a Mall with restaurants and right next to the U-bahn so getting around was cheap and simple. Our trip was for a birthday and the very friendly staff at breakfast came over with 3 mini muffins (we were a party of 3) with a candle and gave a personal birthday greeting. How wonderful.

It was 10 minutes away from the central train station and center. There is one metro station directly in the front. The lady in the reception was very kind, we came to hotel 4 hours before check in time to leave the luggages and she helped us and gave us our room. The room was very big and comfortable for 2 persons. The view was very good. The breakfast was good. I strongly recommend it.

Amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Wish I took notes of names. One gave a great recommendation on a Turkish restaurant to try - Laura helped us out on check out. Location is spot on. We were one station away from the Main Station on the U12. Meant we can interchange with other lines so much easier to get around the city.

I like the complimentary breakfast, still delicious but not as good as 3 years ago when I had all you can eat bacon everyday. Still I would go back for the awesome location walking distance from the train stations, restaurants and the mall. Shower bathroom was amazing! I really had good showers with perfect temperature.
